The planning phase is your project's most critical phase and success depends on clear, prompt communication between our project manager, your project point person and any other stakeholders. We will have time-sensitive questions for you, and each of those answers will affect our schedule. You will have questions for us, and we will always do our best to provide you with timely, complete responses. You can help ensure the project advances smoothly by identifying stakeholders ahead of time who can answer questions.
