If you've opted for our shop standard drawers, this is where we assemble them and attach all necessary hardware.
This is where things really start to take shape.
We screw the boxes together using confirmat screws.
Hardware, like mounting plates and drawer guides, is attached.
Doors and drawers are mounted
We want to make sure everything is really working well together before we send these cabinets to your place, so we will mock up entire walls to make sure we are right on track.
If your project is a face frame project, we will mill and cut the wood frames to fit the cabinets as built.
Here at TIW we take finish prep very seriously, and our finisher, Rogelio, loves us for it.
We look for any surface imperfections and fill them
All painted or stained surfaces are sanded using 180 grit sandpaper
All edges are broken by hand with a sanding block to blunt the sharp (enough to give a paper cut!), perfect 90 degree edge milling produces. This way you don't snag yourself or get splinters (we have safety equipment and thick skin).
