OUR EXPECTATIONS

Typically clients come to us with a design in hand*, a set of drawings produced by an architect, designer or interior designer. These drawings should include at least:

      • Plan Views (bird's eye, two-dimensional schematic)

      • Elevation Views (front facing, two-dimensional schematic)

      • Section Views (vertical slice)

      • Details

      • Finish Schedule

      • Appliance Schedule

We do expect to assist in refining the details as needed.

*DESIGN RATE: If you do not have a design, and our schedule allows, or if you need significant input in an already designed space, we offer design services at $150 per hour.
