A typical turn-around is one to two weeks. If your project is very large, we may break it into phases to keep the process moving along. We produce shop drawings to illustrate and communicate our intentions with you and our shop staff who will bring the them to life.
Shop drawings visually communicate to you and our shop exactly what we will build. Any deviation on our end from approved shop drawings is unacceptable, and we will rectify any resulting issues. Conversely, any change in design after approved shop drawings requires a change order and may incur additional cost.

A plan view is an orthographic projection of a 3-dimensional object from the position of a horizontal plane through the object. In other words, a plan is a section viewed from the top or "bird's eye" view. In such views, the portion of the object above the plane is omitted to reveal what lies beyond.

Your approval indicates that you and your stakeholders were provided with shop drawings, have reviewed them, flagged any issues and now agree that the shop drawings are accurate, final representations of the work we'll perform.
