PUNCH LIST

A punch list a very special kind of list that describes any outstanding issues that need resolution. Examples of common punch list items are paint touch-up and door and drawer adjustment.

Ideally, this happens as close to final completion of your whole project as possible. This includes additional work that your contractor may be doing, not just our portion of the work. We will walk through the project with you and identify any additional work or corrections that need to be made. Once we have addressed each and every item on the punch list, the client will sign off on the project, and our job will be officially done. At this point we'll photograph the project for our portfolio/records, and you'll receive your final invoice.
